2nd & 3rd June 2018          4th  Lechlade   Annual   Vintage   Rally  &  Country  Show   Our 4th Lechlade Annual Vintage Rally & Country Show will take place at ROUGH GROUNDS FARM, (A 361) LECHLADE, GLOS GL7 3EU     2nd & 3rd June 2018, commencing at 10.00 am both days.   This year include, Classic Cars, Classic Motor Cycles, Commercial Vehicles, Collections, Miniature Steam, Tractors, Model Tent, Classic Caravans, Craft, for the children Fun Fair, Bouncy Castle, Face Painting, West Oxfordshire Animal Sanctuary, Parrots  and much more. This year’s Ring events, SAT:- Blue Cross Fun Dog Show, Great Western Youth Band , SUN :-Morris Dancing &  Britannia Majorettes Boot Sales, Trade Stands, Auto Jumble, Craft,   Food and Refreshments. A must-attend for Classic Ford fans, see a wide range of vehicles from this iconic marque in the 10th Old Ford Rally at the British Motor Museum.

Step Back in Time Festival with plenty to see and have a go at! Displays include: Viking/Iron Age/ Medieval living history & battle re-enactments, wander around the Living History encampments & learn about the culture of these different time periods in our history & be amazed at the battles taking place in the Arena throughout the day. Children will love it!! Bring some chairs or a rug to sit on! Displays of Vintage vehicles including Classic Cars, Motorbikes dating back 100 years, Tractors, Lawnmowers, also Steam and stationery Engines , vintage televisions dating back to 1929, Cinema showing old TV programmes, domestic appliances, vintage computers going back to the 70’s. ACE Archaeology Club will be demonstrating various experimental archaeology techniques and exhibiting the results of the excavation at Moistown, the site of a medieval house. Also Car Boot Sale & some Trade stands.

Oxford’s Annual Vintage Transport Festival includes a static display of preserved buses, coaches, cars and commercials, plus frequent free vintage bus trips throughout the day.

The 44th Annual Gloucestershire Vintage & Country Extravaganza South Cerney Airfield, Cirencester 3-5 August 2018 3-5 August 2018 will see the Stroud Vintage Transport & Engine Club (SVTEC) stage their Annual Show at South Cerney Airfield in Cirencester, Gloucestershire. The show is widely regarded as one of the biggest and best Steam, Vintage and Countryside events in the UK and attracts thousands of exhibitors and visitors from across the country whilst actively raising thousands of pounds for both national and regional charities. Show Highlights include: Vintage displays of nearly 700 classic cars from pre and post war, including over 70 Classic American, plus 230 Motorbikes, scooters, 70 bicycles from 1903 – 1980, 30 miniature steam engines, 90 stationary engines, 70 full size steam engines, model engineering, 200 Tractors, over 80 Buses and Coaches, 120 Military Vehicles, 240 Emergency and Commercial Vehicles, 60 Industrial Trucks, 50 vintage Caravans and a large model Aircraft flying display. This annual Show has an impressive range of classic light vehicles including customs, pick-ups, police vehicles and vans.

A friendly show featuring a wide range of working demonstrations, static exhibits and activities. Arranged by the Nottinghamshire Group of the National Vintage Tractor & Engine Club this show is held annually over the August Bank holiday weekend. Highlights from our normal the Programme of Events* include: Saturday Auction of Bygones Parade of Vehicles Vintage Working Demonstrations Sunday Ploughing Match Grand Parade of Vehicles Vintage Working Demonstrations Monday Vintage Tractor Road Run Vintage Working Demonstrations There is plenty of space for caravans/camping on site for those who would like to make a weekend of it.  On Saturday and Sunday evenings there is a DIY BBQ, with meat supplied on site by a quality local butcher.
