First off, I started reading this series when I was younger and just moved along as the books kept coming out. If the author, Rachel, keeps dragging it on, she risks the relationship dynamic becoming as unbearable as the Ross and Rachel romance in Friends(which could've been good had they not dragged it out for all ten seasons). Nikki gives André the tour of WCD and shows him his locker and tells him to text her anything he may need to talk to her about, all while hearing that Zoey and Chloe want to meet him. I'm certain that the series is out of my age range, but this one is one of my favorites out of the series.Nikki meets up with André in the library having breakfast to talk about what Nikki's summer plans are.

But, if you were like a third grader, I would recommend this book to you because it is a simple topic to understand and a short read. Since he is apart of this program he help dogs by teaching them basic training and he asks Nikki if he could help with her puppy and of course she says yes. Nikki tells Chloe and Zoey about her case of Crush-itis and they fully support her through thick and thin. Plus the drama is eye-rollingly predictable, the characters are dumber than elementary school students when it comes to talking to other people, and MacKenzie isn’t even an interesting antagonist anymore, just an overblown stereotype of the typical pretty mean girl who I’m pretty sure doesn’t actually exist.With a HUGE global fanbase, Dork Diaries is the perfect series for fans of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Tom Gates_and Jacqueline Wilson. She meets Brandon, Chloe and Zoey which by the way are her bffs and all 3 of them are in the band together. Brandon comes by to see what Nikki is up to before school and sees she is having trouble keeping Daisy under control.

Once upon a time, Dork Diaries was a lovely series about adorkable Nikki, her BFF’s Chloe and Zoey, her crush Brandon, and her arch-nemesis Mackenzie. Since Brandon didn't know about André until now, he has to be assigned to the only empty seat left, which is the one right next to MacKenzie. I HAVE READ BOOKS WHERE PEOPLE ARE ON THE VERGE OF DEATH AND SHE IS WORRYING ABOUT HER TINY REPUTATION. And Nikki and Brandon's inevitable relationship is being dragged out a lot longer than it should be. Rachel Russell's writing was significantly better in the earlier books when they were first picking up momentum.Like most things in her life, the path of true love doesn’t run all that smoothly, mostly thanks to the arrival of handsome exchange student André and the machinations of long-time enemy Mackenzie. Ross Welford introduces Time Travelling with a Tortoise, the sequel to Time Travelling with a Hamster, and a whole new time travel adventure!
