Not necessarily because you relate to the characters, but because you see pieces of yourself throughout the characters themselves? It seems like they can't stand each other because they bicker all the time and drive each other crazy, but their chemistry is pretty palpable. I don't have the right words to describe just how brilliant the book was, every chapter and every sentence written either broke my heart or made me happy and not to forget mended everything back up at the end.

This was a really good emotional angsty beginning for Jade and Preston’s story their chemistry is explosive they are both so broken but find comfort in each other this story is so heartbreaking and emotional it’s probably one of my favorites from Anna to date it’s well written full of angst and pain the steam was really good and a shocking ending that has me wanting more ! Prescott and Jade hate each other, or that's what they think, cause the reality it's that these two are more similar than they think they are. Prescott is another character that I had a hard time understanding at first, and although in his case there are certain behaviors that I didn't quite like and that I don't justify, I can also understand him much better after knowing more about him, his personal and family situation. Kiss To Salvage starts right where Kiss To Shatter left us and, without giving anything away, let me just say buckle up because Anna B. But their story is not only emotional but also beautiful, fun and filled with angst and steam; all of it making your heart flutter!

This book picks up right where the last book left off, and after that cliffhanger I am so glad it did! Brothers best friend is also the elite trope in the romance world, so I couldn't wait until I had this baby in my hands, and boy, it did not disappoint! I love enemies-to-lovers romance (extra emphasis on the enemies in this one), so combine that with the forbidden aspect of a brother’s best friend romance, and I’m all over it. As with most new adult / college romance books, I recommend this for 18+ due to some of the sexual content and the darker subject matter. For readers who have been following the series, you will love getting caught up with all of the characters in the previous books.

Nixon is the best brother she could ask for and given how the situation was in Kiss To Forget (Nixon's book) he had made his decision to be there for his sister this time around. The push and pull between them is great, they really do drive each other crazy, in every possible way, and the more they spend time together, things unexpectedly become so much more than just that physical release for both of them. When our hearts got shattered and destroyed, we have all been waiting not so patiently to see where these two beautiful souls take us.I know this review is pretty vague, but I don’t want to give anything away as you just have to read Jade and Prescott’s story to really feel it and believe it! I loved the banter and tension, and when they finally give in to it all, the fire between them rages! I know this review isn’t giving all the details, but it is simply something you have to experience for yourself.
