By Road. Follow the AA signs on the A379. During peak periods there can be some traffic congestion – particulary Friday afternoon / evening when most of the large exhibitor display vehicles are arriving and again Saturday & Sunday mornings so do allow plenty of time for your journey.
On your departure from the event on the Sunday please be prepared for some delays as well over 2000 vehicles (some big and some VERY big) exit from the rally site. All exit gates are manned by club volunteers and other helpers. Please show courtesy to those helping to see you safely on your way home. Thank you.
By Bus. There are Bus Stops close to Powderham Castle Main Entrance and Shop. Please use this link to find out about Devon Bus timetables etc. Click HERE
By Bike. See this link HERE for details of the Exe Estuary Cycle Route which passes the Rally Field
By Train. See this link HERE for Train times. There is a very frequent train service from Exeter to Newton Abbot. The nearest station is at Starcross but do check that the train you catch DOES stop here as many do not! From Starcross station you can walk to the rally field by public footpaths.
By Ferry. There is passenger ferry from Exmouth to Starcross. More details HERE
On Foot. Pedestrians can gain access to the Rally Field from the Powderham Shop or from the footpath which runs beside the A379 and then by walking through the event car park. There is NO access for pedestrians to the event via the exhibitor vehicular access route.
