Same issue with H shifter for me. Can change gears manually via D-Pad but no joy with H shifter with or without clutch. Cant find any other info about it online either. It currently comes with three different levels and gear knobs and you can choose from a straight 30mm level, a bent or a curved 50MM and one of the different shapes.
