There are programmes that you can use and if so I suggest referring to the manual to see where you should start as for those who are used to running starting at programme 1 would be too easy. I made a purchase of their elite treadmill along with a medicine ball, dumbbells, and a few other bits everything turned up and everything is as advertised.

The Elite Runner Pro has a 22-degree automatic incline function which makes it great for high intensity sprinting. Depending on my future living situation, I would now have no reason to select a different manufacturer of such a product from the positive experience I have had. I purchased a treadmill from Branx and am impressed with the product provided as it is exactly what I required and the quality was of the level I expected from the good reviews I read prior to purchase. It has heart rate control and loads of other nice useful features as well as a free exercise mat which is very cushioned, a free polar chest strap, water bottle and so on.This treadmill has proved to be a great asset in the house for keeping up with regular exercise without being exposed to the outside elements. It is very sturdy and after 2 weeks constant use I am already feeling much fitter and able to walk faster and longer distances already.

We have not been able to fully utilise the treadmill due to major surgery but from the little use we have had it seems excellent. The treadmill was very solid and seemed little different than might be found in a commercial gym even though designed for home use. We are both aged 82 and were finding it more difficult to walk regularly outside now that the daylight hours are shorter. Getting out of the box was a bit of a nightmare and initial set up was tricky as you need to be an all in wrestler or have several friends over to help you.For now im not going to be using programs but controlling speed and incline manually, when I get fitter then I might start playing round with the features. He puts the incline to 1%-2% as my opinion only and what I've been adviced from other people is that it better mimics outdoor running and is also better for your knees.
