About this deal

Fearne describes this book as a type of tell all/open up about Fearne book, but it has incredibly little on her or what she experienced or how her low mood affected her. Fearne is currently back in her role as team captain on the 16th series of Celebrity Juice, a show that continues to be a ratings winner for ITV2.

I would definitely recommend to any one who suffers with anxiety as this really makes you realise that you should live for NOW and stop worrying about the past or future or what anyone thinks. I liked the book because it was beautiful - the kind of Instagram-pretty book that looks lovely on a coffee table in an immaculate appartment. Soy el tipo de persona que si empiezo un libro siento que le debo al autor el respeto de terminarlo.

The times when she was trying to be liked by everyone and ended up as someone she really didn’t feel was herself and I thought wow that super confident woman I remember wanting to be like was really just like me!

Fearne's account is wonderfully honest and relatable, and it's also extremely comforting and reassuring too - knowing that even someone in her position is still working through certain issues - issues that a lot of us are working through too. but this doesn't help much for those who don't have a compatible device or those who might be visually impaired. Whether you dip into these pages every now and then when you feel you need it, or use it daily as a positive exercise, I hope it brings you much relief, joy and calm. Es la primera vez que me vuelo partes de un libro porque literalmente no hay nada que me genere interés.You can change your choices at any time by visiting Cookie preferences, as described in the Cookie notice. Ferne is a great advocate of talking to good friends about how you’re feeling but what she fails to consider is that we’re not all so lucky to have people who will listen to us when we need it. The author first goes through her own period of depression, before moving on to show how she has become more balanced in her work and family lives.

It also highlighted the importance of a happy mind and body and the harmony of this connection, as well as celebrating the uniqueness of each individual.I appreciated her discussion of gratitude and that actually it is only by feeling such black emotions that you develop great empathy for other people and make it your mission to try to make the world a more happy place. From the tips of your toes to the top of your head, each body part can play an important role in helping you feel great. A lot of people complain about it being too much of a biography but I found it useful to read tips and advice from someone who has actually been through the problems and come out the other side with much positivity. But in saying all the above, if this book brings solace or encourages someone to change something for the better, who am I to dismiss it.

It is a sort of self-help guide but instead of telling the reader how to live their life, she gives advice and perspective on mental health and how to look within your self for your way of living. The 103 third parties who use cookies on this service do so for their purposes of displaying and measuring personalized ads, generating audience insights, and developing and improving products. Loved listening to Ferne reading the audiobook (particularly the guided mediation bit), but as others have said, the book constantly refers to an accompanying pdf.
