She continues to stay involved in the Olympic movement at the state level, as a Director on the Victorian Olympic Council board and Committee Member of the Olympians Club of Victoria.

Kris continues her involvement with Zuuse as a non-executive director advising on the trends and challenges within the FM industry both nationally and internationally. As a committed feminist, Carol Fox has achieved success for very many women, but her greatest battle was very personal. Fox’s predilection for Italian casts and repertory prompted both critics and supporters alike to dub the Lyric "La Scala West. She serves as the co-local lead for Mentor Walks in Melbourne, a non-profit organization that pairs senior mentors with emerging leaders for monthly walks and discussions. Carol’s brother is dual Olympian and VU Alumnus John Fox and her sister Jo Fox, is an Olympic gold medallist in water polo.

Carol Fox was a lawyer until 2015, best known in Scotland for successfully fighting mass equal pay cases for low paid women and for playing an active part in the Referendum Campaign. Currently working with state sporting organisations, emergency services and local government Cathy enjoys providing support and direction to enable individuals to build on their pathways to success.

She has served as a fiduciary in Bankruptcy Court matters and is currently serving as a fiduciary in State court matters.
