The book is written well and in a manner that is easy to follow, although there are bouts of repetition.

There are a ton of spelling mistakes throughout the book, and the overall tone is highly unprofessional. And other studies find other wavelengths of light as well as brightness are also implicated modulating our sleep/wake cycle. However, if you drink an excessive amount – which varies from person to person, problems, such as headache due to dehydration and bathroom visit, may come later in the night. It made this quite a fun read (something I was surprised about in a how to book) and a good one to browse through at night before going to sleep. There she is given the chance to undo her regrets and try out each of the other lives she might have lived.

Whether you struggle to fall asleep, sleep too lightly, wake too often, or simply cannot wake up, this book can help you get on track to sleeping well and living better.

If the author can’t be bothered to take the time and effort to finish their own sentences, why on earth would they expect a reader to put in that time and effort? Shawn Stevenson learned just how important sleep is when a degenerative bone disease crushed his dreams of becoming a professional athlete. I have friends who complain about bad insomnia but seem unwilling to change their lifestyle and invest heavily in time and effort to fix things. The audiobook reflects Rhonda’s own journey and shares the most direct way out for those experiencing hardship and the path to end pain and suffering endured by so many, and it shines a light on a future without anxiety or fear.

I thought it was funnily appropriate even though I’m not the one with the sleep problems and should have just passed the suggestion to the thoughtless person who obviously is the one not sleeping enough.

And I have never written a review on a book before, and I HATE leaving negative reviews on anything (I’ll often choose to leave a score blank than give a book a low one), but this book was just so disappointing and not helpful that I want to warn anyone who was optimistic about it like me.

It totally shows you about the correct way to achieve a good nights sleep and dismisses all the other rubbish that is often written. I personally think this book would have been better as 1,000 word blog article rather than a 200 paged book. The sleep guidance is more like a series of blogs written by a teenager, and there are no referencing to back up the author's claim or to provide further reading. now spends most of his time travelling the UK and abroad lecturing on the benefits of good sleep to healthcare professionals, companies and members of the public. Side note: Amusingly, the nights of sleep after each sitting of reading this were some of my worst night's sleeps in a long time.
