They are quite long-lasting and not too intense, those who like immediate brightness may find them transparent. You can use the palette to create simple or complex looks, natural combinations, smoky eyes, add the odd pop of colour or go all out with colour.

The palette includes both matte and shimmer eyeshadows, allowing you to create depth and dimension in your eye makeup looks. This eyeshadow palette is also perfect to take on the go, as it is compact and easy to carry in your bag. The darker matte shades took a little more work, but I think that’s just either how darker matte shades are/or I just seem to have an issue blending out darker matte shadows myself.

It’s helpful having the numbered chart but I do really prefer to also have shade numbers or names printed underneath the eyeshadows as well. If anything, for me, personally, there isn’t a beige/tan shade that’s dark enough to use all over the lids to set my eyeshadow primer, but maybe for others it won’t be an issue.
