Beauty and the Beast: The Enchanted Christmas (November 22, 2011) (Special Edition Blu-ray/DVD Combo) Alvin and the Chipmunks Go to the Movies (Batmunk, Daytona Jones and the Pearl of Wisdom, Bigger!, and Robomunk) My husband bought along with volumes 1,3 and 4 for our son. I did at first think that he might not be interested in these as they are older, more traditionally animated films. However he loves this one, I would guess it's his favourite along with volume 5. Hiawatha is his best loved fable on this d.v.d, with a comic little red indian whose pants keep falling down as he runs around the forest being chased by a bear; it makes my son giggle every time. The main plot of this fable is about Hiawatha hunting the animals in the forest but becoming sympathetic towards them and befriending them, which works in his favour in the end. The stories are short which means younger children watch from start to finish as they don't get bored, and I must say I enjoy them too! (You also don't get bored when t he kids want to watch it for the 600th time!) All in all this is a great d.v.d, best suited to children up to 8ish, however I think some older girls may also enjoy it. (and no adult inuendos like you so often get in more modern films.) Highly recommened! Can't fault it. Read full review
