I was an alternative fairy tale virgin before this book. If this one is anything to go by, I've been converted to another sub genre!!🎉🎉 It was great to finally learn about La Dame. We know so little of her in the first book that she felt as incorporeal as the legends. But in Golden Chains we come face to face with the Draconian queen herself. And she is every bit as twisted and cunning as I’d imagined. My suspicions about her motives were confirmed, much to my delight. Part of me feels for her, but what she is doing is total overkill.

Hidden-object puzzles are referred to as HOPs. This guide does not show screenshots of the HOPs, however, it is mentioned when a HOP is available and the inventory item collected. For the most part, I loved the characters. Alex was very wishy-washy, especially in the end, but with everything going on, it was to be expected. Even if I didn’t like his actions. Etta was pretty awesome. I love a good, strong herione who doesn’t take crap from anyone. Those are the two main characters, but it was actually Edmund and Prince Tyson who were my favorites. Edmund is Alex’s best friend and head of his personal guard. We also find out early on that he’s in love with Alex. It is rare to see LGBT representation in a fairy tale like this and I actually loved it. It wasn’t a main plot point, he never acted on it, but it was there. Tyson is the youngest royal sibling, who has secrets of his own, and throughout the story we see this warm, caring character who you just can’t help but love.

Lost Lands 3 Golden Curse Part 1 walkthrough: The Druid Village 

There is a twist a little over three quarters of the way in that I am so disappointed I didn’t catch sooner. Once it’s pointed out to you, EVERYTHING makes sense and you’re just left feeling ‘wow’.

The first being the throne scene in which Alex finally grows some balls. No one knows what he’s planning on doing, least of all Etta. What he does…it was nothing short of ‘oh my god!’. Solution (X1). (1-A)-(2-C)-(1-C)-(3-A)-(1-B)-(2-A)-(1-A)-(4-C)-(1-C)-(2-B)-(1-B)-(3-C)-(1-A)-(2-C)-(1-C)-(5-A)-(1-B)-(2-A)-(1-A)-(3-B)-(1-C)-(2-B)-(1-B)-(4-A). That's sort of the point: very few players are willing to invest the time necessary to acquire that curse, so those who do have a sense of pride and accomplishment. Still the best is yet to come, PvP Skull in a game without anticheat, this is going to be interesting, HG and Adventure Mode totally infested by cheaters.
