I've had problems using both Lollitint and Posietint on the lips as theytend to apply unevenly and leave behind a strange residue. However, with Gogotint, the pigmentationgoes on smoothly with no obvious patchiness and after it sets, the color did not leave behind any noticeable textures on the lips. As is the case with most tints, the Gogotint is drying on the lips so I would definitely recommend topping it with a gloss or balm. Once this product sets, it’s almost impossible to remove it instantly, so I highly recommend going slow and building it up as needed. After having a positive experience with my Etude House tints, I decided to splurge a little and got my hands on Gogotint by Benefit. If you want to try any of the five in their most natural state, Benefit’s suggested application works well: For fuller-looking lips, start by outlining lips and filling them in and layer for your desired intensity. For ombre lips, dab on the inner part of your lips and blend outward with fingertips. If your lips feel dry, try layering balm underneath for hydration. When you’re feeling fiery, opt for this mango-hued shade. But don’t let the neon brightness in the bottle scare you—it’s more toned down once applied, while still giving you a nice pop. In terms of wear, the product is decent. Whether on the cheeks or on the lips, Gogotint will not transfer or smudge. However, when used as a lip color, Gogotint will not withstand too much eating or drinking. There will be some patchiness as the color fades but the overall look is still presentable.
