I am really hoping to see 79.9 tomorrow which would mean a grand total of 50kgs, I am confident that these last weeks of being 100% on program are going to show up soon and give me the loss I am after. To get 79.9 would mean I need to lose 2kgs this week, so if it doesn't happen that's ok, but I'm quietly confident it will. Printable magnet sheets (I used AVERY printable magnet sheets, but you can use Cricut magnet sheets if you prefer name brand. I like the Avery ones because they are very thin and thus cut very easily with no shenanigans by my machine.) I did not realise that i did this. Often i have heard my consultant talking about people who 'forget' they ate somthing, or who graze without realising. Despite writing a food diary, every single day.. i have discovered i am one of these people.. and as i genuinly didnt realise i did this.. i don't know when i must have started, and thus when it really began to affect my weight losses.
