Description

Please do not take extended holidays during Madrasa time as this disrupts the learning of your child and thus, as a result, he/she will fall behind and will not reach the progress/learning targets. All applications must be submitted early as possible; as all requests for admissions are dealt with according to the date we receive them. The minimum age for admission is 5 years for both boys and girls. If your child is allergic to any food/drink items then please let us know so that alternative arrangements can be made. All drinks will be non-fizzy. There will be no teaching on Monday 17 th May as teachers will be sorting out their online teaching times/schedules.

Children and Young people on the edge of receiving support from children’s social care services or in the process of being referred to Children’s Services As the Easter holidays were cancelled earlier this month, we have amended the Ramadhan holidays to reflect theIf your child has any medical conditions or allergies then it is paramount to write this down clearly on the admission form and mention the symptoms etc to your child’s teacher; we will also keep a log of this in our office. If the concern is still not resolved, then the child may be suspended. On certain occasions a child may be expelled if is in the best interest of the Madrasa. The final decision will be made by the Madrasa disciplinary panel (Shu’ra). The Madrasa is not responsible for any lost items or lost fees. Any item that is handed into the office will be put into the lost property box. Jazakallahu Khairan for your understanding, patience and co-operation in these testing and unprecedented times.

Parents / guardians must fill in a holiday request form before they go abroad with the child; failure to do so will result in your child losing his/her place at the Madrasa. However, it has been brought to light that according to the government’s latest Covid-19 guidelines, madrasahs cannot open fully until April 12 th 2021. Madrasa is a leading e-learning platform launched in 2018 under the umbrella of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Initiatives (MBRGI). The platform aims to respond to the need to develop and enrich Arabic educational content and make it accessible to the largest segment of students. It provides exceptional Arabic language educational content for all subjects like science and mathematics for free. The learning environment for children is very important to us. We want children to feel happy, secure and valued.Vulnerable Children are those children who have been identified as otherwise vulnerable by the Madrasah or Local Authorities (including Children’s Social Care Services), and who could therefore benefit from continued attendance to madrasah. Such children might include: You, the parents/guardians, have always charitably and generously helped out in the past and we now humbly request for you to donate once again – especially during the auspicious month of Ramadhan. However small your donation may be, it will be immensely appreciated by all those who will use the Madrasah facilities in the future. You will earn their duas and more importantly, the Almighty will reward you all immensely. If you are a home educating parent who sees madrasah as a means of facilitating your child’s full-time education needs, then you will also be eligible to send your child to madrasah for the one hour slot from Monday 15 th March. If your child is absent for any valid reason, you must phone the Imam. The register is taken every day and a monthly record of your child’s progress is kept; this can be viewed by parents upon request to find out how much their child is progressing. On the Fun Day, your child should wear their Jubbah and if playing football, then suitable clothes underneath the
