Spoiler Discussion for All Good People Here Here are my major questions about All Good People Here: stars — I have heard a lot of talk about “All Good People Here” due to it being the first novel written by Ashley Flowers, the host of the popular podcast, “Crime Junkie.” My thoughts after reading this book are — Flowers does a great job as the host of the popular podcast, “Crime Junkies.” I am never a fan of a plot with an elaborate cover-up for an accident, something that happens in many books. Tragic accidents happen and unless it’s something like a DUI, people rarely get thrown in prison for them.January Jacobs: six year-old daughter of Krissy and Billy; participant in large state-wide dance competitions Natalie Clark may have been the catalyst for Margot’s investigation but HER story is never explored, making this a journalist’s quest to solve a COLD CASE. Jan and I were totally amazed that a person who seems to specialize in true crime could write such claptrap! Our jaws dropped out of disappointment and precious reading time wasted. What fell short for me was the various characters that seem to come and go and the reader had no idea to where or why. The ending was a tad (really enormously) ridiculous and made the story even more convoluted that added a large question mark as to the mystery's solution.

But the police, the family, the townspeople—they all seem to be hiding something. And the deeper Margot digs into Natalie’s disappearance, the more resistance she encounters, and the colder January’s case feels. Could the killer still be out there? Could it be the same person who kidnapped Natalie? And what will it cost to finally discover what truly happened that night?Could January’s case have been inspired by the JonBenét Ramsey case? Did you think the explanation for January’s death make sense? I have a lot of respect for the author’s accomplishments and success, and it gives me no pleasure to hand out a 2-star review. I didn’t enjoy this, but I would love to see the author write a nonfiction book on true crime. Billy drags poor Margot down the basement stairs and … that’s it. Margot resolves to get away, but we don’t know what happens next. The residents of Wakarusa, Indiana, could spin gossip faster than a spider spins its web.
