The Nike Quest 3 are an upgraded version of the Nike Quest 2 (released in summer 2020). Until the release of the Nike Quest 4, the Nike Quest 3 remained the most recent model in this Nike Series. Whilst having a newer version on the shelves, the Nike Quest 3 still has a great deal to offer. The Quest 3 seems to be well made and although they don't have the same premium feel like the Under Armour Machina, I can't foresee anything tearing the upper any time soon. The outsole is also quite substantial for a road shoe so I think that will last for quite some time as well. The Nike Quest 3 running shoes are marketed towards those of us on a tight budget and 2. Despite the lower price tag, these shoes do not compromise on most of the essential qualities needed in a running shoe. The collar on the heel stops any heel slip and there's no need to over-tighten the Quest 3 to get them to hold the foot nicely. The number of overlaps directly influences how snug a shoe is, and how much stability they offer.

Heel Drop – the Heel Drop on the Nike Quest 3 is roughly 9 to 12mm, which puts them in the traditional running shoe category. Looking great, feeling comfortable, and most of all affordable are not usually all found in the same sentence when describing running shoes. Until now. Within the never-ending release of new top-tier models, those entry-level models have always been an afterthought for the heavy-hitting running shoe brands. The mesh upper on the Nike Quest 3 doesn't allow full airflow through the shoe because the heel area is more closed in. This doesn't cause any issues with overheating however and the fine mesh across the front does a really good job. Historically, entry-level pricing meant poorer quality materials and technology (compared to top-tier models). Thankfully, in recent years this has changed for the better.
