The Aircast A60 is the most high profile sports ankle brace for ankle instability, pain and the treatment and prevention of ankle sprains on the market. This movement, or migration, is prevented by the anti-migration design of the Aircast A60 Ankle Brace. The simple single strap secures the support in place while at the same time reduces applying time and increasing adjust-ability.

All you need to do is secure the internal sleeve at the front of your ankle with the hook-and-loop fastener, and then bring the single strap around the back of your ankle and up through the plastic buckle on the outside of your ankle.The support does not use a lacing system to secure its positioning, instead a single strap ensures it is held firmly in place. I was really pleased with the ankle brace which protected my swollen tendon and enabled me to manage a walking trip in the Bavarian Alps! I have previously broken bones in my ankles and this is to provide support to prevent further ankle sprains. The Aircast A60 is free from latex, making it suitable for you if you’re worried about latex allergies or if you often find latex-based products to be uncomfortable or irritating.

PRO TIP: If your ankle is recently injured, currently swollen or expecting it to be swollen, take that into account when choosing a size. However the stitching of the top part that goes over top of foot is already coming undone so I don’t know how much longer it will last.
