Botanicals like figs, currants, and vanilla are included alongside classic juniper for an inspired holiday time gin. In 2012 Paul Miller, who has been a part of the drinks industry for nearly 40 years, opened Eden Brewery at the site; after a rebrand, it became Eden Mill. Peppermint is used as one of the botanicals for minty flavour while bilberry and hibiscus provide the colour.
