About this deal

Here to Slay is a card game with role-playing elements where players are required to draw character cards, items, and magic cards to defeat monsters to win the game. Shuffle the Monster cards and reveal the top three Monster cards by placing them face up in the middle of the table. v=gsPZoEJyYMM Video can’t be loaded because JavaScript is disabled: Here to Slay | How to Play (https://www.

The first person to successfully slay three monsters, or build a full party with six classes, wins the game!Placing hero cards down straight away can give you a free one-shot bonus (which therefore costs an action to play) and strengthen your party. Counterspell cards allow you to surprise your enemies and turn the tides in your favor at an opportune moment.

Only one item can be equipped to a Hero card unless the card has a symbol (two diamonds at the bottom of the card) that indicates otherwise. The original 6 Party Leader characters were released in a Kickstarter Exclusive box set but each additional Kickstarter Exclusive Party Leader unlocked by a stretch goal, as well as the Unstable Unicorn previous backer bonus Party Leader, also added a new Kickstarter Exclusive play mat. If a card’s effect states to complete the action immediately, then no action points are required to do so. Each time a monster is slain by you, your party gains a new skill, which is found at the bottom of the monster card.Your new friend will grant you a unique ongoing ability, but choose wisely, as you only get one Companion per game! Made by the same creators as other popular card games like Unstable Unicorns (learn how to play Unstable Unicorns), Here to Slay was another Kickstarter success for the creators.
