However, while he is waiting, Bramwell Brown finds a way that they can help Little Bear make an instant tree that will really surprise Old Bear. I have loved the Old Bear books since I first read them as a child and it is great to see them being re-released for a new generation. But the cake Bramwell has made saves the day when it becomes a 'Trousers Day' cake and Little Bear finally gets his beloved trousers back. I’m so happy these stories have stood the test of time, not just the two tales that I have such strong nostalgia for, but all five in the collection. We,ll never be able to rescue Old Bear and he,ll be stuck up there getting lonelier and lonelier for ever and ever.Rabbit is fearless and often rushes into things without thinking although this sometimes gets him into tricky situations.
