To say we are bitterly disappointed is an understatement, especially given that in over 50 years we have only ever purchased 3 or 4 teasmade and always had a functioning product to wake us in the morning with a nice cup of tea. The Swan Teasmade STM series has been manufactured in China by Swan Products since October 2009, and is being sold in many UK retailers including John Lewis and Tesco Direct.
